I checked the status of my order and it hasn't changed since placing the order. It still shows "Awaiting Fulfillment / In Production".

Once an order is placed and payment has been made the order is put into our production and shipping planning process. When checking the status of your order, if the status is "Awaiting Fulfillment / In Production", this simply means your order has been received and will be filled according to our current lead times. The next expected status will be "Shipped" once the order has shipped. There is no other status that should be expected beyond "Awaiting Fulfillment / In Production" until the order has shipped. Our doors generally ship within our quoted lead time (shown on the product page with "as of date" for each door). However, due to the current constraints in with freight and logistics carriers across the country we cannot guarantee lead times. As always, we will make our best effort to ship in accordance with the quoted lead times. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with relevant tracking information.
